Duties
- Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to meet individual student needs.
- Implement instructional modifications and accommodations based on IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals and special education law requirements.
- Use educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and track student progress effectively.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques, creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Maintain compliance with educational regulations, documentation standards, and safety protocols while fostering a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Pay: $60,721.56 - $94,248.48 per year
