Position Overview
You are responsible for trimming around beds, fences, trees, signs, and buildings so each property looks clean and finished before the crew leaves. Your work helps the crew move efficiently, protects customer experience, and supports safe, professional service.

Success in this role means you show up on time, work safely, keep pace with the crew, and leave trimmed areas looking neat and complete.
- On time for every scheduled shift
- All assigned trimming completed before leaving each property
- Zero preventable property damage
- Consistent quality that meets Crew Lead expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Trim around trees, beds, fences, signs, buildings, and other obstacles
- Keep properties looking neat and finished
- Help with cleanup before leaving the site
- Follow Crew Lead direction and stay on pace with the crew
- Use equipment safely and report any damage or problems right away
- Wear required PPE and work safely in outdoor conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Able to safely operate a string trimmer
- Able to work outdoors in heat and uneven conditions
- Dependable and on time
- Able to follow direction and work with a crew
- Experience is helpful but not required

Scorecard and Performance Review
The Crew Lead reviews this role based on attendance, quality, safety, and pace. Weekly check-ins during the first month and monthly after that are recommended.
Career Path and Growth Expectations
Strong performance can lead to more hours and cross-training into other maintenance tasks. Over time, this role can grow into a more complete field position.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
