Join AstenJohnson's Human Resources team and play a key role in helping us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll do more than fill positions. You'll help shape the future of our workforce by building recruiting strategies, strengthening our presence in the community, and creating a positive experience for candidates from their first interaction through their first day.
Working closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers across the organization, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting while helping expand our talent pipeline through community partnerships, employer branding, internship and apprenticeship opportunities, and innovative recruiting initiatives.

Position Details
Location: Williston, VT
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried Exempt
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 annually, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
General Scope of Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions while developing recruiting strategies that support both current and future workforce needs. Build relationships within the community, represent AstenJohnson at recruiting events, and help create a positive candidate and new hire experience. Partner with the HR Manager on workforce planning and other HR initiatives that support long-term talent needs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition through offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for a variety of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Build candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events.
- Represent AstenJohnson at job fairs, career fairs, and community events.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and utilize Dayforce analytics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, technical centers, and workforce development organizations.
- Explore internship, apprenticeship, and other workforce development opportunities.
- Promote AstenJohnson as an employer of choice through community engagement, social media, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support onboarding activities and participate in Day 1 orientation.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative support as business needs require.
Knowledge / Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
