Duties
- Monitor children during daycare activities, promoting safety and positive behavior through effective behavior management techniques.
- Enforce rules and guidelines to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all students and children
- Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, parents, and children to address needs or concerns promptly
- Implement conflict management strategies to resolve disputes calmly and fairly
- Support classroom teachers or daycare staff with routine activities as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings is preferred
- Familiarity with classroom or daycare routines and safety protocols
- Basic first aid/cpr training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
