Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations.
- Manage financial aspects of the operation.
- Cultivate relationships with guests to ensure personalized service and memorable experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with nightlife clientele.
- Build and develop the Security Team (Goodwill Ambassadors)
- Close the restaurant/bar Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

Salary Description $80-90K
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
