Rouse Chamberlin Homes is a leader and well-respected local Home Builder in Southeastern Pennsylvania for over 45 years. We are currently hiring punch-out technicians to help grow our team!
This employee will assist with our Montgomery and Chester County developments. The position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate:
- Works well in a team environment
- Has their own tools to complete the punch out of new construction homes
- Has a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Is able to Lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand sit or kneel for extended periods of time
- Self-Motivated
- Completes tasks as assigned
- Experience with all aspects of the finish work in new construction homes
