One Step Forward is hiring an ABA Therapist to join our center based team in Forked River. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children in a supportive clinic environment while helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.

Provide direct one on one ABA therapy sessions within our center
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Support communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skill development
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Utilize evidence based ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and behavior intervention techniques
Collect accurate session data and complete detailed session documentation
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress and treatment goals
Competitive pay of $22–$32 per hour based on experience
Part time and full time opportunities available
