Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. This is primarily an in-person, in-home position delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services directly in the client's home, with the added flexibility to conduct a portion of your supervision and support sessions remotely via telehealth. Candidates must be fully comfortable working in clients' homes and adept at utilizing virtual platforms when remote options are utilized.
In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change, promote skill development, and enhance the quality of life of those you serve.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive behavioral treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to determine needs and progress.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each individual’s goals and abilities.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and staff on ABA strategies and behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, review progress reports, and facilitate seamless communication.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy methods.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for clinical decision-making.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments effectively.
- Excellent patient care skills combined with compassionate communication tailored to diverse populations.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
