Key Responsibilities include

- Maintain Cleanliness and brand standards: They are responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property including guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness standards.
- Develop Cleaning Protocols: They establish and enforce cleaning procedures and standards ensuring all staff adhere to them.
- Conduct Inspections: Regular inspections of rooms and common areas are conducted.
