We currently have Mid and Night shifts available
This position requires that you have at least 2 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment working as a machine operator. (Blow molding experience is a plus!)
Please note: This is NOT a warehouse position. You must have experience as a Machine Operator.

Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator where every shift brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the satisfaction of keeping high speed production lines running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process setting up machines, keeping them humming, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring every product meets our high standards. Your work keeps us moving, and we want you on our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of your production line each day, keeping things running efficiently and ensuring quality products roll out like clockwork.
- Collaborate with the operator from the previous shift for a smooth hand-off, then jump into action operating, adjusting, and fine tuning equipment like a pro.
- Put your sharp eye to the test by inspecting containers and making sure they meet all required specs. Spot a problem? Fix it, log it, and keep things flowing.
- Keep raw materials stocked and machines in top condition and your work area clean and organized like a boss.
- Be a champion of safety by following protocols, wearing your PPE, and helping others do the same.
- Tidy up your space and pitch in wherever needed sometimes that means sweeping up or cleaning equipment, other times it means stepping up and helping a teammate.
- Follow production guidelines and stay focused on hitting goals. When we succeed, we do it together.
- Flex your schedule when needed to help us hit deadlines, including some overtime or after hours meetings.
- Bring your A-game and positive attitude every day and be ready to jump into other duties when needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A high school diploma or GED and a strong work ethic.
- Experience operating machines in the plastics industry? Perfect!
- A knack for mechanics and solid technical skills.
- Know-how with blow molding machines and an understanding of plastic materials.
- The ability to read drawings and specs like a seasoned pro.
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in getting the job done right.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem solving chops.
- Steady hands, great coordination, and a focus on quality.
- A team-first attitude and solid communication skills.
- The ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment and have fun doing it.
