Prepare and cook menu items according to Wingstop standards
Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely
Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work efficiently with team members during busy shifts
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to handle hot equipment and kitchen conditions safely
Weekend and late-night availability required
Must be able to work shifts ending at 2:00 AM
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
