Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Manage the delivery of products and services in a fast-paced client environment.
- Gather, analyze, and facilitate requirements among multiple stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and update user documentation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Process and present data to develop stories, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations.
- Establish relationships and correlations between data from multiple sources using business knowledge.
- Study business functions, gather information, and develop domain expertise.
- Evaluate reporting requirements, output formats, and business needs.
- Design and document business processes and data flows to support data pipeline development.
- Present analytical findings and translate data insights into business solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with customers to develop innovative and effective solutions.
- Manage the full project delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification writing, milestone tracking, quality assurance, and final delivery.
- Work closely with offshore and remote teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate complex ideas, technical concepts, and analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with ETL platforms.
- Experience with Tableau or similar analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of predictive and prescriptive analytics methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools and Pivot Tables.
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
- Knowledge of planning, forecasting, and business analysis processes.
- Ability to handle, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Experience designing and documenting business processes, data flows, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience managing the full project delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification writing, quality assurance, and product delivery.
- Experience creating and maintaining user documentation and conducting user training sessions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
