Integrity Exterior Solutions is hiring Entry level Outside Sales Representatives across Nebraska.
This is a field-based role where you’ll meet homeowners in your local territory, inspect roofs and exteriors for storm damage, explain findings clearly, and help qualified homeowners move forward with restoration.
Compensation $50,000–$120,000+ per year (based on experience + performance bonuses)
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners in your assigned local territory
- Conduct exterior and roofing inspections
- Document findings with photos and notes
- Present clear options and guide customers through next steps
- Follow up and maintain accurate records in our system

Who We’re Looking For Strong communicators who are self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable talking with homeowners.
Experience in roofing, home improvement, solar, insurance, automotive, real estate, telecom, fitness, or other B2C sales is helpful — but not required. Training is provided.
Backgrounds in athletics, military, entrepreneurship, or hospitality are also welcome.
Pay: $50,566.05 - $120,000.00 per year
