Responsibilities

Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that align with organizational values and compliance standards.

Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management cycles, feedback sessions, and development planning to promote continuous growth.

Administer benefits programs and payroll processing using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Develop and implement employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution strategies, and communication plans to foster a positive work environment.

Coordinate training & development sessions, activities, and organizational design projects to support strategic workforce planning.

Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & such as FMLA, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.

Utilize data analysis tools like Excel and HR analytics platforms for data collection, reporting, and decision-making insights related to HR metrics.
Experience

10+ years of experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of employment law, documentation, and legal compliance standards.

5+ yeas of hands-on experience with Paycom.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to analyze complex data sets using Excel or similar tools for HR reporting purposes.
