The candidate would be scheduled for Utility/Dishwasher shifts that would encompass cleaning dishes, glasses, smallware’s, cookware, weekly and monthly cleaning duties. A big plus would be a candidate with the desire to cross train into Food Prep and possibly cooking positions.
*This position would be 4/5 days with the hours of Monday -Friday 1:30-7:00 pm and Sundays 8am-3pm

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part Time Utility/Dishwasher to support our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that food service operations run smoothly and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting culinary and service excellence in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient handling and assembly as directed by kitchen staff.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Contribute to food service operations by ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes and supplies to the appropriate stations.
- Help with general cleaning duties within the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Support catering events by assisting with setup, cleanup, and food handling tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff and service teams.
- Basic understanding of food preparation, bussing, cleaning, and kitchen operations is desirable.
- Reliable transportation or availability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
