The Senior Sourcing and Productivity Manager is responsible for defining, scaling, and governing the installation supplier network supporting large-scale automation and construction projects. This role owns the enterprise strategy for installer development, productivity, and commercial execution, ensuring predictable cost, schedule, safety, and quality outcomes across the project portfolio.
This role also serves as the installation-facing commercialization lead for new technology introductions (NPI), ensuring new systems and process changes are installable at scale with validated productivity, cost, and execution assumptions.
Our global Sourcing and Procurement team develops innovative category management strategies in collaboration with the business. The team focuses on strategic third-party partner agreements and helps support supplier relationship management, commercial, and financial pricing models for overall supplier performance.
Define and lead the strategy for installation supplier development, including supplier qualification, capability standards, and geographic coverage aligned to project demand and technology roadmap.
Partner with Construction leadership to identify systemic productivity losses, downtime drivers, and execution risks, particularly during early deployments of new technologies .
Lead executive-level supplier performance reviews (QBRs / PIRs), incorporating execution results, NPI learnings, and forward-looking improvement commitments.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Construction to ensure new technologies are clearly scoped, installable at scale, and supported by appropriate tooling , training, and documentation.
Serve as the primary interface between installation suppliers and internal teams on productivity, performance, cost, and technology deployment topics.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier development, installation or construction operations, productivity engineering, strategic sourcing, or NPI execution within industrial or automation environments.

The base range for this position in the posted location is $135,000.00 - $185,900.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
