What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests and check them in/out with a warm, friendly approach
- Handle guest needs, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Monitor lobby, assist with minor housekeeping or laundry needs as needed
- Keep the Candlewood Cupboard (mini-market) stocked and clean
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or hotel experience preferred
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn hotel systems
- Dependable, courteous, and calm under pressure
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Open availability preferred (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
