**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Shop Manager to oversee our salon operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have expertise in barbering and cosmetology, with a passion for mentoring and leading a team.
PAY: 60% commission plus tips plus 2% gross profit
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily shopoperations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Provide guidance and training to stylists on hair styling techniques, color theory, and nail care.
- Implement strategies to drive retail sales and upselling services to clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment in accordance with industry standards.
- Utilize SQUIRE software for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Work at least 32 hours behind the chair and 8 hours of manager time
- Set your own schedule
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in barbering, hair styling, and cosmetology.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care, and retail sales.
- Familiarity with SQUIRE software is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
