About Us:
M&M Building Services LLC is a growing construction and maintenance company providing services for commercial and municipal clients, including Detroit Public Schools. We are looking for reliable team members to assist with roofing repairs and maintenance projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist roofers with repairs and maintenance work
- Carry materials, tools, and equipment
- Help with roof tear-offs, patching, and installations
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Support general construction tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for advancement)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn roofing skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
Compensation:
- $18 to $22 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime available
