As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most while building lasting client relationships and growing your income.
What You'll Do
Build relationships with new and existing clients- Generate new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Identify coverage needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Someone looking for a long-term career with opportunities for advancement
