We are seeking a highly experienced Elder Abuse Pre-Litigation Paralegal who has mastered plaintiff-side elder abuse law in California.
We are only seeking candidates with real, proven experience handling and advancing elder abuse claims within the state of California.

Who We Are Hiring
We are hiring for two experience levels:
- 5+ years (mid-level) exclusively handling plaintiff-side elder abuse matters in California
- 10+ years (senior-level) exclusively handling plaintiff-side elder abuse matters in California
Your Expertise Must Include
- Evaluating elder abuse claims under California laws, statutes, and damages frameworks
- Negotiating settlements with strategic, compassionate, and effective advocacy
- Understanding the nuances of elder abuse cases involving neglect, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, caregivers, and vulnerable adults
- Managing files independently from intake through settlement without the need for training
- Communicating confidently with clients, adjusters, providers, and opposing parties based on years of direct California experience
- Handling sensitive matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ or 10+ years of plaintiff-side elder abuse experience in California
- Deep familiarity with California elder abuse statutes, damages, and case valuation
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and efficient case resolution
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with legal case management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,275.97 - $90,160.31 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90067
