What You’ll Be Doing
As a Preschool / Childcare Teacher, you will lead a classroom and guide children through daily activities, lessons, and routines in a structured, play-based learning environment. You’ll create a safe, engaging space where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Support early literacy, math, social, and motor skill development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom
- Guide behavior using positive reinforcement and clear expectations
- Communicate with parents about progress and daily activities
- Observe and track developmental milestones
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team

Qualifications
- Childcare or early childhood experience preferred
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
