We’re looking for a motivated and personable bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is focused on leasing units, engaging with prospects, and helping drive occupancy through strong communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leads and inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Follow up with prospects and work to close deals
- Post and manage listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, and other advertising channels
- Maintain accurate records of leads and leasing activity
- Assist with application processing and move-ins
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable with online advertising (Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
- Positive attitude and team player
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
Pay: $19.00 per hour
