About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Electrical Project Coordinator to oversee complex electrical infrastructure initiatives from initial design through final commissioning. You will drive project success by aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that all technical deliverables meet rigorous quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Direct the full lifecycle of complex electrical projects, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within financial constraints.

Coordinate efforts between engineering, procurement, and field construction teams to streamline workflows and project execution.

Architect comprehensive project roadmaps, defining clear scopes, timelines, and resource requirements for stakeholders.

Facilitate high-impact project reviews to resolve bottlenecks, track performance metrics, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Proactively identify technical and operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.

Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to electrical industry codes, safety regulations, and internal quality protocols.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff to foster professional growth and team efficiency.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.

5+ years of professional experience managing large-scale electrical engineering projects.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and associated software tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on detail-oriented execution.

Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Active PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.
