What You'll Do
- Work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled therapy interventions to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and independence.
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates and recommendations to the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, safety recommendations, and home exercise programs.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to creating meaningful outcomes that improve residents' quality of life.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current PTA license in good standing or new grad applying for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
