Vinatronic is a contract manufacturer of PCB Assemblies and electronics. As our company grows we are looking for additional motivated and focused team members. Currently we are seeking a Quality Control Inspector that will be responsible for the following:
- Read engineering drawings and specifications to understand manufacturing requirements for our customers
- Perform visual inspections of printed circuit board assemblies to ensure IPC-610, J-STD-001, and specific customer standards.
- Use of electrical test equipment for inspection and test purposes
- Perform and record results of first article inspections of boards after SMT and Thru-Hole Assembly
- Assist in failure investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action activities and quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with team members to improve yields and processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of related inspection experience in electronics manufacturing
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Vietnamese is also a plus but not a requirement
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Ability to read drawings, specifications and PCB gerber files
- Skilled in electrically measuring resistors and capacitors
- Ability to operate X-ray equipment is desirable
- Expertise in reading component values by inspecting parts
- Knowledge of various computer programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification is preferred

Pay: $16.90 - $30.00 per hour
