Temp-to-Hire Recruiter / College Sourcer (Aerospace Talent Acquisition Support)

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter / College Sourcer to support a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, relationship-building, and proactive sourcing of early-career and skilled talent. You will play a key role in building strong pipelines through college outreach, community engagement, and targeted candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage candidates for aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, and technical programs
- Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, networking events, job fairs, and community partnerships
- Develop talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles
- Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records
- Support employer branding efforts through campus and community engagement
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging candidates and school partners
- Experience with or interest in technical, manufacturing, or aerospace environments preferred
- College recruiting or early-career talent sourcing experience strongly preferred
- Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
