Luxe & Luster Cleaning is a locally owned, husband-and-wife-run residential cleaning company based in Springfield. We care for homes across the Ozarks on a recurring basis, and every visit follows the same idea: treat each home like it's your own. What You'll Do
- Clean occupied homes on a recurring schedule — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and surfaces
- Follow the same checklist and standard on every visit, so clients know exactly what to expect
- Work independently and as part of a small, dependable team
- Speak up if something in a home needs extra attention
What We're Looking For
- This job posting is specifically for Branson, Missouri and surrounding area clients.
- No cleaning experience required — we'll train you from day one
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (you'll be traveling between homes)
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in and around other people's homes with care and respect
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and takes pride in a job well done
- Comfortable around pets — many of our clients have dogs and cats
What We Offer
- $16.50/hour to start, with raises built in — $0.25/hour at 60 days, another $0.25/hour at 120 days, and $1.00/hour at your one-year mark
- Paid drive time between homes — you're on the clock traveling between locations, not just while cleaning
- Tips are yours — 100% goes to you, the cleaner, not the company
- Paid training — no experience needed
- A flexible schedule that varies week to week
- A small, close-knit team — you'll work directly with the owners, not a call center
