What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
- Inspect system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate repair recommendations and solutions clearly to customers
- Repair or replace components including thermostats, motors, capacitors, contactors, compressors, condensers, wiring, controls, and related equipment
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Promote maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules as needed
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential HVAC experience
- Light commercial HVAC experience
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Ability to climb ladders and work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required for HVAC service and repair
