A good candidate for this job is a person with attention to detail on preparing and selling food. Good communication, positive attitude, cleanliness, and being on time is expected from all our staff. Because we are high volume, prior kitchen experience is required (pizza experience not required). After 90 days, we have a few benefits for our back of house staff which include paid time off and free healthcare, along with a sign on bonus.
