Constant Staffing has an immediate opening for an Onsite Warehouse Supervisor. You will be supporting our agency with a large logistics client in Chesapeake for first-shift warehouse operations. Bilingual a plus.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 6+ months to 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably warehouse experience
- Attend daily start-up meetings at the beginning of the shift
- Attend daily Managers Meeting
- Greet new hires and perform orientation from videos
- Perform daily safety observations
- Time Management/ Manage Time Clock/ Manage Paper Rosters
- Performs a variety of tasks such as confidential discussions, incident reports, and employee counseling
- Monitor attendance of employees, issue disciplinary actions, and provide retraining
- Process and assist with Injury Reports and Workers' Compensation reports
- Able to handle complex issues and juggle multiple tasks at once
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnerships
- Must wear steel-toe shoes and be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
- Must be a professional, comfortable speaking to senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Starting pay rate/yearly salary: $48,000.00 to $52,000.00
