Key Responsibilities
- Engage Customers: Greet everyone warmly and provide expert product knowledge.
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and earn your BONUS
- Maintain Visuals: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Manage Transactions: Process payments accurately using our POS system.
- Support the Team: Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive store energy.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a high energy level.
