Responsibilities
- Manage WWTP projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and budget targets are met.
- Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and resources.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and bids.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction (WWTP preferred).
- Strong understanding of treatment plant processes, construction methods, and safety practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
