The successful candidate is skilled and experienced in assessing a wide range of behavioral health conditions based on DSM-5 criteria and can formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address their clients’ issues. Candidates must also be comfortable making appropriate referrals to NSCC’s medication clinic and other community-based services, maintaining caseload and all appropriate documentations and administering/completing outcome and screening measures (e.g. CANS, PHQ9, DIVA-5) when necessary. Supervision is provided commensurate with level of licensure
We expect our clinicians to work 1-2 evenings per week, in order to maintain greater accessibility to our clients. Outside of those evenings, we allow our clinicians to define their own flexible hybrid schedules provided that they meet productivity requirements, enabling them to create a balanced work life.
