ARKK Labs is a growing AI technology company looking for an energetic, tech-savvy person to join our team.
No AI or insurance experience required — we will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Help onboard and train new customers
- Learn ARKK Labs and become a product expert
- Assist with live product demos
- Help customers set up and use the platform
- Answer customer questions and provide support
- Follow up with new and trial customers
- Help create training materials and product guides
- Assist with marketing, events, and customer communications
- Share customer feedback with our development team
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to customers
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software
- Organized and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with Zoom, email, and basic business software
- Interested in AI and technology
- Willing to learn and grow with a fast-moving company
Insurance, customer service, sales, or technology experience is a plus, but not required.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with AI, technology, customer success, and marketing while growing with a young company.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
