The position of Early Elementary Teacher primarily involves daily classroom teaching of reading, mathematics, penmanship, and social studies to students ranging from Pre-K to 2nd grade. If you enjoy working with bright, motivated children and have an interest in building their education this is a great position for you. Responsibilities include:
- Lesson preparation
- Daily classroom teaching
- Parent communication
- Grading and written evaluations
Required Education Level: Bachelor's degree
Required skills/experience: articulate, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with children ages 4 – 7, working knowledge of Word, Excel, and email communication software, willing to learn and incorporate new teaching methods from Master Teacher, team player, self-starter, hard-working, safety conscious, successful at working with young children.
Job Type: Full-time; 9.5 months Sept - June
Pay: $4,100.00 - $4,400.00 per month
