About the Role
As a Clinical Registered Nurse on the Intermediate Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing care for assigned patients while practicing within Centra’s Professional Practice Model.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team on this neuro intermediate unit, lead the development of individualized care plans, and coordinate care processes throughout the patient’s stay to achieve optimal outcomes. Typical conditions we treat: stroke, epilepsy, seizures, neuropathy, etc.
Requirements:
· Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
· Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse. Hold a current, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) course completion card.
