Branch Operations Manager

About the Opportunity
We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead a high-volume service operation in the Greater Atlanta Area. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, including operations, employee development, customer satisfaction, safety, and financial results.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional operational and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for daily branch operations.
- Drive operational performance while ensuring a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team success.
- Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability.
- Develop and execute business strategies to improve revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, equipment, and company assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of progressive leadership experience managing a branch or service operation with responsibility for employee development, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing operational metrics, budgets, and business results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing operations within a commercial service, transportation, fleet maintenance, automotive, industrial services, or similar customer-focused environment.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated success implementing operational improvements and driving business growth.
