As a Barber at Tommy Gun’s, Your Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming customers and conducting thorough consultations
- Providing expert recommendations based on face shapes and preferences
- Demonstrating strong technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, and texturizing
- Performing back-of-neck and straight razor shaves (not required to apply; training is available)
- Maintaining grooming stations and sterilizing tools
- Maximizing retail opportunities through effective chair education
- Building lasting relationships with loyal customers
