Complete Care at Care Age is looking for an energetic, fun-loving Activities Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy connecting with people, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing smiles to residents, we’d love to meet you.
Plan and assist with scheduled activities and programs
Engage residents and encourage participation
Monitor residents during activities and communicate concerns to nursing staff
Maintain activity attendance calendars
Help decorate the facility for holidays and special events
Support the Activities Director and Administrator with additional duties as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Energetic personality and ability to keep up in a busy environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and bend, push, and pull
Every other weekend availability required
