Job description Key Requirements • Must have 10+ Years experience in Client Reporting Operations (Statements, Confirms, Monthly / Quarterly Mailing Recon, Prospectus, Regulatory Mailings). • Strong knowledge of Quarterly and Monthly Client Statements, Non-Statement Inserts, Trade Confirms and physical mailing production and schedules. • Experience and knowledge regarding Client Reporting regulatory obligations, critical delivery dates, mailing timelines, and e-delivery requirements. • Proven experience in building or setting up client reporting teams, including defining roles, responsibilities, workflows, and operating models. • Ability to develop and document procedures, controls, and end-to-end processes across Statement, Confirms, E-delivery and Mailing production. • Experience identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and eliminate manual processes. • Honed knowledge of client reporting operations best practices, exception management, and quality control. • Ability to partner with technology, operations, compliance, product, and business stakeholders to drive improvements in the client reporting space. Preferred Skills • Experience with automation, workflow tools, or reporting platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to assess current-state processes and design scalable future-state operating models. • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience supporting regulatory, financial, investment, or wealth management reporting environments.-
