As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to keep our store running at its best. From driving sales and meeting goals to inspiring your team and delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll play a key role in creating a market experience that reflects the aloha spirit. This role is about more than operations — it’s about being a role model, solving challenges with confidence, and leading with enthusiasm so both our customers and team members feel supported every day.
We’re looking for a leader who is friendly, motivated, and service-driven — someone who thrives on developing people, making smart decisions, and creating results through teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of retail and/or customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of grocery retail experience in a management or supervisory role.
- High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements.
- Must possess a valid TB Clearance.
