Job Title: Desktop Support Tech
Location: Wichita, KS 67202
Pay Range: $(20.00 - 21.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits

Job Summary:
- Provide software and hardware support via deskside and remote support
- Troubleshoot and repair issues reported by end users
- Experience with Active Directory, including user deletion and password resets
- Experience with SCCM for reimaging, updating, installing software packages, and pushing Windows/security updates
- Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing plant environment
- Experience with Remedy ticketing tool
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
