Position Overview
This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry. As a Service Porter, you will be the face of our Service Department, assisting customers and Service Advisors while keeping the service drive organized and professional.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Move and park customer vehicles safely
- Pull vehicles up for customers and Service Advisors
- Keep the service drive clean and organized
- Assist Service Advisors and customers as needed
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license for 3 years and safe driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
