Sales Representative – Full-Time
Location: On-Site | Karlstad, MN
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission ($55,000–$100,000+)
Mattracks, the global leader in rubber track conversion systems for four-wheel drive vehicles, is expanding its sales team. We’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, growth-focused environment in Karlstad, Minnesota.

What You’ll Do:
- Learn and master Mattracks’ rubber track product line
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Drive inbound and outbound sales efforts across multiple industries
- Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling
- Attend trade shows and on-site visits as needed
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ year of professional sales experience (industrial, equipment, B2B, or technical sales preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using technology, email, and learning sales software
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude
- Must be willing to relocate or commute to Karlstad, MN
