What You'll Do

Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and compassion.

Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.

Prepare correspondence, forms, and other administrative documents.

Maintain accurate records and files.

Schedule appointments and assist with office calendars.

Process data entry and maintain confidential information.

Support the office team with day-to-day administrative duties.

Keep the front office organized, professional, and running efficiently.
What We're Looking For

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
