We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Male Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and glassware.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Provide excellent hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and retail math skills.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests in conversation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Must be of legal drinking age according to local regulations.
