Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate the logistics of the HVAC and Plumbing installations on our construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee custom designed projects planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties
- Manage multiple HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish
- Build and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
- Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy
- Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety
- Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins
- Liaison between Builder/Client and Technical Manager
- Main point of contact between field teams and builders
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management
- Degree in Project Management is a plus but not required
- Experience in HVAC/plumbing residential code is a must
- Solid residential building code knowledge is not required but preferred
- Proven ability to handle multiple builds at the same time
- Strong aptitude for scheduling and coordination
- Proficient at quickly pivoting priorities
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills with both field teams and clients
- Proactive problem solver
- Experience with construction software (ServiceTitan is a plus as well)
- Ability to quickly respond to unexpected changes in the schedule

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $110,000 base salary plus bonus plan
- Base Salary + bonuses with target of $110,000+ to the best candidate

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
- clean driving record: 3 years (Required)
- managing 5+ people: 2 years (Required)
- managing 5+ construction projects at one time: 2 years (Preferred)
- Residential construction: 2 years (Required)
- Project management: 3 years (Required)
- residential HVAC: 1 year (Required)
- residential plumbing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- degree in project management (Preferred)
