We are seeking a passionate and reliable Full-Time Lead Preschool Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will lead a classroom of children ages 2–5 and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum in a warm and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Lead and manage a classroom of 2–5 year olds
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences twice per year
- Provide daily parent communication at drop-off/pick-up and via school app
- Collaborate with teaching team on curriculum and classroom management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or minimum 12 ECE units
- Valid Teacher Permit (or higher)
- At least 2 year experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
- Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP)
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Mandated Reporter training
- Sexual Harassment Prevention training
- Pesticide Management training (school/childcare setting)
- LiveScan clearance
- TB clearance
- Proof of MMR and Tdap immunizations

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
