Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Human Resources functions.

Develop, implement, and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Direct recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives.

Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Oversee compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and Open Enrollment processes.

Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.

Maintain compliance with healthcare regulatory agencies, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding employee performance, corrective action, and leadership development.

Develop and manage departmental budgets and monitor HR-related expenditures.

Oversee HRIS administration, personnel records, and HR reporting.

Coordinate leadership training, employee education, and organizational development initiatives.

Participate in strategic planning, hospital leadership meetings, and committee assignments.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Previous management or director-level experience required.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and healthcare compliance.

Experience managing benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Paycom Human Capital Management (HCM) software, including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, is strongly preferred.
